I paid the full amount for the flight, but there were issues, and I was promised a refund to my bank card. Instead, both my credit and debit cards were charged, and my funds were taken by the agent. I was told that providing my card details would facilitate a quick refund, but that never occurred, and I have been ignored since. I had to involve my bank due to insufficient funds. They flagged the payments as fraudulent, and an investigation is underway. I've shared all details with my bank. Please be cautious.
