On November 25, I was in conversation with a representative who assured me that I would secure the flight as promised. However, I have yet to receive any confirmation, and all communication has ceased. My calls have gone unanswered. I had paid the full amount for the flight, but there were issues, and I was told I would receive a refund on my card. Instead, both my credit and debit cards were charged, and the representative claimed he could process the refund within 20 minutes. This never occurred, and I've been ignored since. I had to reach out to my bank due to a lack of funds for basic needs. They blocked the payments as potential fraud and are currently investigating. I've shared all relevant information with my bank. Please be cautious.
