Purchased some of their T-shirts a couple of weeks ago during their sale. I was a bit optimistic about being a Large in the oversized design, but was wrong. Contacted EVA, they sent me the return paperwork and swapped them over for XL's with absolutely no dramas at all. They kept me informed during the process and then sent me an email to let me know the returns were approved. Excellent service guys, especially from Chezka.
