Absolutely awful customer service and really poorly made products.I bought a Strike35 backpack and it just fell apart within 2 weeks. When I contacted EVA they said they will replace it for $25 and shipping. What a joke company.My friend also bought their legacy backpack and it did the same thing.Don’t waste your money on these cheap products
