All I can say is WOW and thank you 😊Had an issue with one of the zippers and the response was absolutely amazing, the next day an email response and replacement already sent to my home.It certainly wasn’t expected as an immediate rectification, usually businesses are reluctant to do anything, unless there are at least 10 emails backwards and forwards.The backpack is great, individual compartments for my gym gear and work equipment and smalls at the front, the large zips make opening and closing a breeze. I have struggled with smaller zips in the past, not anymore 😁I cannot rate this backpack enough. Already a couple of people at work have purchased one, and I would recommend it to anyone.Thanks EVAI will be ordering some more patches to dress it up 😁👍Rick
