I purchased the Strike35 backpack in February 2024, and the main compartment zipper has malfunctioned; even when zipped, it opens. This happened twice, including once just before this review, causing a glass bottle to shatter. The support team communicated well and offered a replacement (no refund due to their terms), but I declined as I still have quality concerns. The bag lasted less than three months, and I believe the price should reflect a longer-lasting product. I only use it for commuting by car, not for heavy wear and tear.
