Great product. Great price. Fast service. Only have one request as it was a very big disappointment for my son who is very eager to become a soldier for Australia one day and this backpack was a gift for his 15th birthday on Sunday, to please not advertise Australian flags when its the American flag that arrives. I've requested a replacement and I'm happy to send the USA flags back, but the aftersales service is a little slower than before sales service. However, it doesn't warrant a lesser star.
