Great product! The size of the bag is perfect for a gym bag. The fit with the straps sits comfortably on your back and giving a snug fit which if adjustable. I especially love the food down compartment at the front for your small items so you easily find them and not have to rumage around. I just purchase the bottle holder attachment which makes it so much easier to have on the outside thus giving more room inside.
