My mum ordered 2 pairs of boots that arrived in the same package. After trying them on and finding one two tall (leather cut into her knee) and the other two tight she repacked them and returned via Evri. Two days later she got the refund for 1 pair, when she enquired why they said one had only been returned. She asked this to be investigated and they responded with a generic email about a clear desk workplace. After 5 emails and finally a call to Evan’s they refused for 20minutes to put her through to a supervisor, after insisting she spoke to a supervisor but they said to claim the money through the credit card! As Evan’s has the product back for them to tell her to claim it through credit card is DISGRACEFUL! We are still waiting for this to be resolved but would strongly and will be strongly advising any to stay away from Evan’s! Awful customer service!
