Ordered 2 tyres and 1 puncture repair kit. Didn't choose the advanced delivery and went for the free one.
I received one parcel with a puncture repair kit. I then received another parcel a few days later with only 1 tyre.
I reached out to the customer service team and was told that they sent 2 tyres. After providing evidence of what I received I have been told that they have sent out 2 tyres. The package wasn't damaged. But you can clearly see the parcel is not big enough for 2 tyres and the weight of the parcel they are claiming is correct for 2 tyres. This is not the case and can't be true. I even provided CCTV evidence of the parcel being delivered and it's size. I even sent video of my bike only having 1 new tyre on it. Why wouldn't I put both on if I had it? Never had an experience like this in my life.
I'm new to cycling. And buying 2 tyres for 80 pound cost as much as what I paid for my bike so this expense was pretty big for me. Now I'm 40 pound down and need to buy another tyre as they won't send me the one I ordered.
Will never order from here again and I urge anyone to go anywhere else but here.
