I bought my EV cable in June 2024 and it has worked faultlessly ever since. However, a few nights ago in the middle of the night it kept tripping the mains in my home. I thought I'd have to buy a new one but found out it had a 2 year warranty which I was happy about. I contacted the company and they responded within the hour asking me to check a few things and to take a picture of the connector before sending it back to them. Upon taking the picture I noticed it looked very clean and dry and I didn't think it looked quite so pristine the other night and I suspected that some water had got in causing my mains to trip. I plugged my now dry charger in and hey presto it fired up with no issues and has subsequently charged my van .I wanted to say all my correspondences with the company were very positive with my emails being answered in a timely manner by a friendly lady called Isa. I feel confident that if I have any problems in the future whether in or out of warranty they will look after me. Thank you for the great service +++++
