I purchased a 10m cable in October 25 and the service was great. Unfortunately I had an occasional issue with the cable not triggering the connector lock on the wallbox. This progressively got worse but on contacting EV Cables, the support was excellent and the provided a return label which allowed me to return the cable, have it adjusted and delivered back to me within 6 days. Brilliant service and support!
