A little background. We bought a new EV and of course it has the charging port in a different location to our previous one,rendering the original cable too short. Quick google led to EVCables and dived in and bought a replacement, longer Type 2 cable.I received an email from their CS team very soon after asking me to clarify my purchase which is sensible given I’m sure some people manage to balls up what they need. Delivery landed the next day (I paid for their fastest delivery as we had the electrician booked this week) and the quality of the cable is very, very good. The plug is way better quality than the original supplied with our EV charger and the cable is more flexible and again of better quality. Cable ends were professionally terminated and the sparky took only 15 mins to swap them over. All in all an excellent experience from beginning to end. Highly, highly recommended
