Frustrating, i have had the power pair unit installed since July.
I rely on the unit to change 2 vehicles every night and its just simply unreliable. I have also never received any response form the customer support, either before or after buying.
The app is confusing and the instructions are clearly intended for the installer and not the end user.
The power pair unit regularly doesn't charge one of the cars and gets confused with when charging a car linked to octopus intelligent.
If 2 vehicles are plugged in, even if only one is charging the unit will not send all the power to the charging car. If they are both charging i often find it delivering 25% to one vehicle and 75% to the other as apposed to a even split. i then have to reset it in order to deliver a 50/50 split.
The unit is solidly made and with very few domestic twin chargers on the market i was hopeful that this would be a good option as i have limited peak power available. Its just let down by poor software and non existent customer support.
