This is completely misleading. I ordered XXL sweaters but received medium sizes at most. To return items, you must send them internationally. We all know how that turns out. If you decide to keep the items and lodge a complaint, they only refund 20% of the cost. This means someone is profiting 80%, leaving me with two sweaters that are too small and of poor quality.
