The item is of very poor quality - it looks and feels terrible. It was labeled as a sweater but feels more like a piece of cardboard. I can hardly move my arms in it. It's truly awful. The website is very misleading, claiming to be based in one location when it’s actually from another. Their return policy states they will provide refunds without requiring a return, but that isn't accurate.
