->gleiche Firma wie The Mobilestore-RougementAm 13.11.2025 habe ich dieser Firma 3356,32€ für ein teures 3faltbares Handy gezahlt. Mir wurde beim Kauf Preisnachlass angeboten, wenn ich nicht via Paypal zahle. Da ich die Firma nicht kenne und die Summe hoch ist, habe ich per Paypal gezahlt.Vor dem Kauf teilte mir die KI auf Nachfrage mit, dass ich eine Rechnung mit Mehrwertsteuer erhalte. Auch wenn, man im Ausland kauft, haben viele Firmen eine deutsche Umsatzsteuer-ID. Das war gelogen - mir wurde nach Kauf eine Rechnung ohne dt. MwSt elektronisch. Übersandt.Das Handy wurde nicht geliefert und der Status auf der Website änderte sich auch nicht. Statt dessen wurde es zunächst günstiger angeboten und nach einigen Tagen stand bei den Shopangeboten, nicht jedoch bei meiner Bestellung, dass es in der 1TB Variante nicht mehr lieferbar sei.Weder telefonisch noch per über die Shop-Webseite beantwortete die Firma irgende eine Anfrage.Auch per Whatsapp nicht. Schnell kam ich dahinter, dass Evenshop.ch die Firma The Mobilestore-Rougement ist. Vom 13.11. bis jetzt wurde keine Anfrage beantwortet, obwohl ich bezahlt hatte. Sie arbeiten scheinbar mit dem Geld der Kunden und Leben von dem gezahlten Geld ohne zu liefern. Zum Glück eröffnete ich am 20.12.2025 einen Paypal Fall und erhielt mein Geld wieder. Es liegt nahe, dass die Firma mit dem Geld der Kunden arbeitet. * Ich empfehle Allen dort nicht zu kaufen und ich kann alles belegen! *Wie man solche Firmen nennt, könnt Ihr Euch selbst ausdenken. Das Geld hätte in der Zeit sicher mindestens 100€ mit Aktien gebracht. Even when purchasing abroad, many companies have a German VAT ID. That was a lie – after the purchase, I was sent an electronic invoice without German VAT. The mobile phone was not delivered and the status on the website did not change. Instead, it was initially offered at a lower price and after a few days, the shop stated that the 1TB version was no longer available, but this was not mentioned in my order.The company did not respond to any enquiries, either by telephone or via the shop website, nor via WhatsApp. I quickly discovered that Evenshop.ch is the company The Mobilestore-Rougement. From 13 November until now, no enquiries have been answered, even though I had paid. They seem to be working with customers' money and living off the money paid without delivering. Fortunately, I opened a PayPal case on 20 December 2025 and got my money back. Nie wurde eine Mail zurückgesandt. Nie wurde im Shop auf eine Anfrage geantwortet. Nie wurde auf WhatsApp geantwortet. Keine Angst - ich kann Alles beweisen.Da die Firma es darauf anlegt, behalte ich mir jetzt vor das Schweizer Finanzamt darüber zu informieren.12Tage war die mitgeteilte Lieferzeit.
