I’m thankful I didn’t read the reviews on Trustpilot before working with this company. Otherwise, I might have missed out on a rather exceptional service. My dealings with them were completely different from what those reviews suggested. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, outstanding customer service, and the superb quality of the product(s).The quality of the fabric and flags exceeded my expectations, particularly as I had initial concerns. I was reassured by a member of the team about the type of fabric and poles, and they even advised me that the 40mm frame would be more than sufficient for our type of stand. It most certainly turned out just as they said. Their pricing is very competitive with others in the industry. However, what truly set them apart was the speed with which they designed our gazebo. I assumed the design process would involve a lot of back-and-forth, as it usually does with certain designers. Instead, we simply sent them some of our existing promotional materials, and they managed to complete the entire design in about two hours.It’s rare to find someone who can so accurately capture your vision, but Josh did just that! It was as if he knew exactly what we wanted, and he made it look perfect. The delivery was also timely, arriving within the promised timeframe (twice!).Even when we encountered an issue with some low-quality images we had provided, which resulted in some pictures on the walls not looking right, they worked closely with us to find a solution and get them redone.Although I can’t speak to their other products, Event Branding have been nothing short of exceptional!Thank you and keep up the good work!!
