The event was advertised to start at 3:00 PM, yet when I arrived at 4:20 PM the venue was unstaffed, no bar, no DJ, no music — nothing. I waited until 5:15 PM, still no entertainment, no happy hour, and no service. Attendees left in frustration, myself included.I emailed the organisers multiple times — no reply whatsoever. Eventbrite only sends automated responses, and their customer service is absolutely unreliable. It feels like anyone can post a fake event on Eventbrite, take people’s money, and deliver nothing. That’s exactly what happened here: a big fraud that Eventbrite allowed to happen.Avoid this organiser and avoid trusting Eventbrite with your money.
