The site tricks you into paying more than once. After entering the card details and pressing the button to submit the order I got a long spinning wheel followed by a message "The order could not be completed". I tried multiple times, receiving the same message every time. Later when I went to my email I discovered 3 separate orders with tickets so clearly I've been billed 3 times when all I wanted was a single ticket. Then you get a story about refunds. In my view this is fraud, plain and simple.
