I purchased a ticket £30 for an April event on 13 May. The event was cancelled on the morning of the 13th. I have been in contact asking for a refund. The response I received was from the organisers via Eventbrite. Who told me on 18th May that my refund had been processed. Chased yesterday 28th May and just received this response “Read the email of the 18th! Your stupid comments won’t help!! “. ????????????? Chasing a refund is stupid? Again via Eventbrite. Never able to contact by phone my advice to anyone is only use Eventbrite on a free ticket basis.
