I set up an account to do ticketing for a free event run by our small community group. I was put onto a "free trial" of the Pro plan which I didn't want. Now I can't cancel the trial and because I am seen as having a subscription I can't close the account. I have been emailing support but they are really unhelpful. They said I can't cancel the trial unless I put a payment card onto my account. I don't trust them not to take a payment without telling me so I'm not going to do that. Just really worried that I am going to end up in a situation where they sign me up for the plan I don't want then chase me for payment.
