This is a very frustrating platform for buying tickets. I would seriously reconsider attending another concert sold here. Plans can change, and life can throw curveballs, but it was impossible for me to change or resell my ticket. I ended up losing my money because of the complete lack of flexibility. Why can’t you have ownership of your own ticket after you’ve paid for it? Is that even permissible?

If you can't attend and want to sell your ticket, you have to use their platform, which is inconvenient. They refuse to send a PDF file, meaning you don't really 'own' the ticket. Be cautious when buying here.
