I wish I'd read these reviews before getting sucked in with the Facebook ads. Like many others, I put my order in on January 21, and the shipping stays is unchanged. In response to my email inquiry, I received a long, flowery, uss email assuring me they were working email assuring me they were doing their best under Covid circumstances. To find out that customers who received the products hated them....well, I'm going to try to cancel and get refund. Wish me luck.
