The platform has been a key tool for my business. I use it everyday. If you are a numbers person, you will love all the raw data. Even if you don't know interpret the data, their customer support and YT videos helps you and makes you feel an expert. I reached out several times to them and I realized that they offer 24x7 support. No other Etsy platform does that. lol Overall, I never faced issues with them or support. I don't know what I would do without this tool!
