They market it as an essential "premium service," but in reality, their coverage is very limited—essentially just a few electronic parts and nothing that truly matters for the long term. They employ shady, high-pressure tactics and even try to belittle you if you decline their offer. At one point, they called me "dumb" for not opting for their so-called premium plan. No reputable company acts in such a manner. Additionally, they frequently change their contact numbers. The most recent ones used to reach me are two specific numbers. In my view, this company operates like scammers—pretending to be a dealership service department, pushing unnecessary coverage, and trying to intimidate individuals into paying for something that provides minimal real benefit. I would advise staying far away.
