THEY ARE TRYING TO DO A TECH START-UP FOR USED CAR SALES BUT ARE DISRUPTING NOTHING & ARE WORSE THAN THE INCUMBENTSI reserved a car 7 days ago on a Friday. I emailed sales straight after and asked for someone to contact me. Nobody did. So I called later that day.I spoke to the Sales Director who proceeded to tell me that the car was not actually ready for sale but they listed it anyway because "some customers like that."I said I thought it was disigenuous to list a car that is not ready for sale and that has nort even been checked yet for issues. He did not want to listen or learn.The irony of it all is that I have been in the tech start-up ecosystem since 1999 and am a professional disruption innovation consultant so I know a little about what disruption is and how to get early customers raving with positivity.This is not it.He said his "ops team" did not work weekends so they would get back to me monday with shipping dates.On monday he said the car needed parts and that they would be fitted Friday and then it would be ready for shipping.He told me he would send photos during the week and shipping options.None arrived.The friday arrived and no response. I emailed. He called around 3pm only to tell me the parts wouldnt be fitted until Tuesday at the earliest. No shipping info.In other words, since "reserving" the car for sale by this company trying to be efficient and "disruptive", I would not get the car for over 2 weeks.This is worse than the already awful Used Car industry standard (if you can call it that).Meanwhile we have no car, have wasted over a week, and upwards of two hours speaking with these jokers.You have been warned.
