I requested to cancel the order because of the delay in shipping for their Lunar New Year holiday. It was requested before processing would even begin. Their customer service through email and chat were responding so they were not off on the holiday just the warehouse. They kept saying it was passed the 12 hour cancelation window, which is nowhere to be found. It was just stated through an email after I requested cancelation. There had been no handling because the warehouse is closed. With no written policy ahead of time, they will make policies up to fit what suits them. Outrageous customer service! Beware!
