This can lead to confusion and frustration.I'm still awaiting a refund. They were trying to get me to accept various options, such as a discount on future orders or only 50% refund, but I would need to close my dispute with PayPal to receive it.There is something you need to know. If you close a dispute, you cannot reopen it if they fail to fulfill their agreement of repayment. Never close the dispute until you have gotten your refund. (VIA PayPal advice).
