I am rating this company 10/10 so far just based on their customer service. They literally came up as an ad somewhere online, so I was not searching for them. However, I saw some products I was interested in and I figured that it wouldn't hurt to ask about availability for my needs.Then Edward jumped on the chat and pretty much blew me away with his amazing customer service. He was very patient and helpful and answered my questions even before I asked them and shared so much information I didn't even know I needed.I was about to ask him to send me a chat transcript. Before I could finish asking the question, he already offered to send it to my email. It was like that throughout the whole chat.This was the company and the experience I didn't know I needed. I will have to come back after I place my first order but I said to Edward, I would be more than delighted to give a great review before I even make a purchase. He didn't have to ask. Then I am scanning the other reviews and seeing that almost everyone is saying the same thing. You can obviously train your reps to offer great service but you may not necessarily train them to be 'nice' and Edward was just plain nice.
