AVOID THIS COMPANY. I would give it zero stars if I could. After purchasing and receiving two portable coffee devices as gifts, I went back to the site for a third one with a voyager case for Christmas. It has never arrived. The courier confirmed that I did not receive it. I've spent the last two weeks emailing the support team, who keeps changing the terms and using various delays, despite assuring me that the goods would arrive in time for Christmas. Now, they are asking for a police report, which I know will not be taken seriously. I have never experienced such poor service and feel like I'm being accused of lying while the company has my money, leaving me empty-handed and a loved one disappointed this Christmas. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure proper delivery. This situation has caused me great distress, and I hope no one else has to endure something similar. SIMPLY SHOP ELSEWHERE.
