After battling with Iberdrola to speak to anyone or get anything done Tracey helped us top move to Evergreen. Dealing with her patient & helpful ways she guided us through the transfer and seems to be our allocated customer service rep. Dealing with the electricity in a holiday home really shouldn't be as difficult as others make it and Evergreen have made it so much easier than it was
