We had an unfortunate experience with Evergreen Power's customer service, unfortunately we had to cancel the service we contracted with them due to unforeseen circumstances. While they were very eager to take payment of the deposit immediately upon agreement of the work, their response to returning the deposit after we issued a cancellation notice (well within the legal cooling-off period) was unacceptably slow.It took far longer than the 14 days period for them to refund the deposit, and the process was marred by poor communication and a lack of transparency. We found their team was aggressive and unhelpful, offering little clarity on the steps or timeline for the refund. It felt as though these delays were deliberate, further adding to our frustration.Based on their disappointing customer service, we will not be reaching out to Evergreen Power for any future work. I strongly advise others to think twice before hiring them. A company’s approach to customer service nowadays is as important as their work, and unfortunately, Evergreen Power failed us on this front.
