I first ordered their Restora Z in early September and then by October I still hadn't received the order. I contacted customer service and they told me to place a new order since my card was never charged. I did this and two weeks later followed up since again I didn't receive any shipping notification. I was then told on 3 separate occasions within the following 3 weeks that my order would be shipped within 24 hours and I would receive the tracking number that evening. Absolutely nothing, they never fulfilled the product and finally I got frustrated enough that I had to ask for a refund.
