I started with the tablets but switched to the injections because the tablets are extremely minty. Customer service was excellent in helping me with that. After taking the injections for a couple of months now, I feel the difference. I sleep better and have more energy in the mornings and I can tell a difference in my biceps and shoulders with regards to lean muscle building.
