They are absolutely terrible.I'm writing as a property owner. First, they failed to screen properly and rented to a bad tenant to trashed the place. I had to pay thousands of dollars above the security deposit to repair everything.Second, they are terrible at communicating. My point of contact would go out of communication for days or weeks and the come back to me with a bunch of stuff all at once that I would have to spend a lot of time trying to decode and understand. All the while, they were rude and curt with me, as if I were at fault for something.Third, I found out that the new tenant was not happy with Evernest and was threatening to leave. It's not the house - it's a beautiful 1-family property and I priced the rent to be fair.Based on all of these and other similar factors, I chose to go with another property manager. Right around then, Evernest completely closed their operations in my area.
