⭐ PUBLIC REVIEW / TENANT WARNING ABOUT EVERNEST ⭐If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like dealing with a property management company that thrives on last-minute chaos and empty threats, let me introduce you to Evernest. We offered reasonable solutions — even told them we could leave the keys in a lockbox, or at a nearby office, or anywhere that made sense. But apparently, “common sense” isn’t included in their business model.Instead, Evernest’s strategy seems to be:🔹 Wait until the very last minute🔹 Send panic emails🔹 Threaten tenants with “additional rent” if we don’t jump when they say jump🔹 Ignore the fact that they had an entire lease term to plan thisAnd now somehow we’re the problem?Let’s be clear:We moved into the property AS-IS, meaning dirty carpets, dirty walls, dirty floors, and a place that clearly hadn’t seen a professional cleaning in who knows how long. But now suddenly they expect a hotel-level move-out?Make it make sense. We will be out of the country, and Evernest is still sending last-minute “urgent” messages like their lack of preparation is our emergency. It’s not.We already made our decision:No last-minute demands. No pressured compliance. No fake rent charges.I’ve rented from multiple companies over the years, and I’ve never seen anything as disorganized and tone-deaf as this.If future tenants want a warning:Here it is.Choose another company.Your peace of mind will thank you.Linx G
