After signing and listing, they attempted to get us to switch reprogrammable expensive door locks and sets, incur costs and then informed us that they had no live agents to handle prospective tenant walk throughs and would simply allow interested parties to walk through themselves, ie not having anyone supervise the visits in our property and discuss the merits and why the unit was perhaps a fit relative to other nearby alternatives. We decided to offboard after being told "perhaps we forgot to tell you that part upfront" and after being assured that offboarding and return of reserve monies would take no more than 30 days, I had to contact them several times up to 6+ weeks to initiate that process. They then proceeded to deduct/keep 8% of the reserve monies for expenses and administrative costs.
