RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM EVERNEST AS POSSIBLE. Do not rent from them. It is a nightmare. I have verified mold, 87% mold particles in the air. My child began getting sick shortly after we moved into the property and continued to get worse, which led me to do an air quality test. I have since paid for specialists to come out and find where the mold is coming from, because Evernest has not done one thing to find and remediate the issue. I found out the mold is in the HVAC unit, getting pushed out into the home every time the ac or heat turns on. All three specialists I have had come out to the house have said it is not safe to live in. Evernest does not care. The home is not safe and habitable, so I have been displaced without a home for 5 weeks. Evernest does not care. They will not return calls, they do not answer emails. They expect me to keep paying rent on a home I cannot live in, due to their negligence. Evernest is the worst company and do not have any regard for tenants health and safety. Do not be fooled by AI reviews or Evernest employees giving 5 star reviews. Do some research, you will regret renting through them. I do not know how they are still in business. I am in the Atlanta market.
