Absolutely terrible experience. Evernest placed non-paying tenants in my property and failed to evict them on time, resulting in a full year with zero rent collected. They don’t follow up, drag out every step — clean-outs, inspections, quotes — and I’ve had to constantly chase them just to get basic updates.Every promise they make is broken, and their delays have cost me thousands of dollars.
