Terrible experience. The socks took three weeks to arrive and were of poor quality. Cheap-looking shiny polyester. I needed them for a trip two weeks after ordering, but they didn't arrive, forcing me to buy others. No response to my emails regarding returns. I will seek a chargeback as well. After reading other reviews, I realized these are not the right size and not what I ordered. I will pursue a refund. EDIT: I received a reply that claimed they care, but they simply stated they don't refund for fit issues. They sent the wrong size and these socks lack the advertised compression. Total scam.
