The customer service is poor. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I was sent to the incorrect department, then to the "right" department, and before I spoke with anyone, the call abruptly disconnected. The automated system is inefficient and requires a particular cause for the call; when I offered one, it did not understand and assumed there was a power outage. This was a dead end and I did not have the option to go back. As a result, I had to make many calls and lost over 50 minutes.
