Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. We insured my son’s bike with them which was then stolen. He had it four months and despite providing everything they asked for they offered almost £2000 less than the amount we paid, or the alternative which was a bike from a website they use which didn’t sell the brand of bike my son purchased and wanted to replace. Even when I argued this point they were talking about the wrong model of bike so they really don’t seem to have a clue what they’re doing. I have been dealing with them for 6 months to get this sorted and every email you send gets a response to say they’ll reply within 5 days (not actually always the case - sometimes it’s longer) so it drags on and on and on which works well in their favour. There is nobody to speak to by phone, it is all email. Even when we got to the point of having to accept the cash payment they have made yet another error and paid us £100 less than they promised the transaction would be!!! One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.
