Review Time
I have a review since before, given them one star, because it took a long time to get the shirts. Turns out it was hold by the customs. So now I blame Brexit instead.. what a dumb move. Back to the shirts, I like the thicker fabric, is still holds form after a couple of washes.
The customer service team in Evertee is second to none. Especially Jessica who i have worked with during my purchase process. The fit and feel of the product is also better than i have ever had in a Tee-shirt. Highly recommended.
Misleading The Teeshirts are OK - but the guarantee has the following two caveats, which aren’t made particularly clear during the check out process. 1) The lifetime guarantee is limited to a “maximum of once per year”. 2) You need to pay £4 postage and packaging for any guarantee claims. I doubt it costs £4 to post a single Teeshirt.
No shipping information and details to Germany. Products just arrived. No clarification in the order process, that shipping taxes have to be paid. So needed to pay an extra when shippment arrived. Products and quality look and feel as advertised. Nothing to complain here.
