This company is awful. The customer service, the chat, the emails everything. I sent a deposit and boom! It’s not showing on my account, and when I try to talk to someone they are useless! I highly recommend going elsewhere. I am out of my money and no one is getting back to me.

Be extremely careful with this card. I had not used it for three years, and suddenly fraudulent charges appeared on my account. On top of that, another credit card account was opened without my knowledge.
I spent three months calling customer service trying to resolve the issue. Every time I called, there was a long wait and different representatives told me different things. At one point, a customer service agent told me I did not have to pay the charges on the second credit card and said the account was dissolved. Later, the same account was added back to my profile and I was told I still had to pay more than 2k.
I was also receiving threatening calls from a law office saying they would come to my house to collect the money. They had my personal information, including where I live, where I work, and my phone number. This was extremely disturbing and stressful.
If you care about your privacy and do not want your information shared with third parties who may threaten you, stay away from this card. Do not get lured in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD!
I am very dissatisfied with this service. I've been a customer since 2022 along with my friends and family. In 2024, when they announced changes to credit limits, they reduced ours by about 30-40%, nearly half. Despite consistently paying on time and fulfilling our obligations, we were informed that this was a new policy affecting many customers. Recently, while I was traveling abroad for over a week, I called to notify them about making a payment since they had been contacting me during my trip. When I inquired about a resolution, the representative responded with an unhelpful attitude, simply telling me to pay the bill. I explained my situation and asked if I could schedule a payment for later, to which she sarcastically questioned my request. I have missed only one payment out of many that were on time. Their customer service has significantly declined. I plan to close my accounts with them after today. This is how they treat customers. I strongly advise staying away from this service; it’s unprofessional and dismissive.
I received incorrect information regarding the card, and my personal details were entered without consent, leading to an unauthorized account being created in my name. While the issue was acknowledged when I raised it, no one took responsibility to rectify it. Overall, the service has been clear and consistent since I joined.
Initially, the rewards were appealing, but after reviewing my statements, I discovered I wasn't earning points at certain locations. Ultimately, I canceled my card after realizing they deducted my remaining balance as a 'penalty' for inactivity. There are much better alternatives available.
I contacted the service regarding an order I never received, and they requested proof. After reaching out to the retailer, I found they never got my order, which explained the lack of an order number. Despite being charged, I can’t get my money back or my order due to this confusion. It's shocking how these companies handle customer care.
I attempted to cancel my card after using it at a specific retailer, but the service was horrendous. My first call was dropped after a long wait, and the second required me to provide my previous address from 25 years ago. I was promised a callback that never came, and the final representative left me on hold for an extended time before informing me that the team had closed for the night.
