I purchased my original seat from Goodson park in may 2025 and I have had several email saying it’s being distributed but never comes, But now I am trying to cancel it they are basically replying with cryptic messages, I have contacted EFC direct who say basically nothing to do with them yet as far as I am concerned my contract is with Everton football club and who ever they use as a 3rd party is down to them but at present being fobbed off.
