If possible I would give this company zero stars. My kid picked out and used her own money on a sweatshirt that shows embroidery in the photos, though not in the description. Upon receiving it, the fit is off for a women’s medium, there is no pocket like stated in the description. When contacting the company, I can send it back with the shipping at my expense and since it is international it will cost as much as or more than the cost of the sweatshirt or they can give me a 15% refund which amounts to approximately $6. Absolutely deplorable and so disappointing for my kid who spent her own money to purchase this.
