Takes advantage of tired moms! I hadn't used more than 5 times during my year subscription, am 99% sure I had it set to cancel, never got a reminder email the subscription would renew. Realized TWO days after being charged for the renewal and I asked for a refund since hadn't used it. They refused! After many back and forths and without asking me, they refunded me 50% but cut me down to a quarterly plan (i.e., 50% back for 25% of the service!) When I complained again they told me to unsubcribe from their emails!! They say they are for postpartum moms - they are for $$$. The way they handled this was also the worst I've ever experienced.
