I was quite let down by the service. The cake appeared appealing in photos, but the one I received was dry and lacked flavor. It didn’t taste fresh, and several guests left their portions unfinished, which was awkward for the occasion. Customer support was also lacking; communication was slow, and my inquiries about customization were not clearly addressed, adding unnecessary stress to the ordering process. Given the price, I anticipated better quality and a more seamless experience. Sadly, I wouldn’t choose this service again.
