I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Every Cake. The cake looked nice in photos, but the one I received was dry and much less flavorful than expected. It didn’t taste fresh, and several guests left their slices unfinished, which was embarrassing for a celebration.
Customer service also felt underwhelming. Communication was slow, and my questions about customization weren’t clearly answered, which made the ordering process more stressful than it needed to be. For the price, I expected better quality and a smoother experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order from them again.
